What it costs to run, and why that’s the good news
On the one-time plan the crew runs on your own paid Claude plan (Pro or Max), billed by Anthropic, not a subscription to me. You set a hard spend cap in your own dashboard, so it can never run away from you. On the monthly planthe engine is included in the A$79: we provision the key, we cap the usage, and there is nothing else to buy. Either way: no platform fees on top, no surprises. That’s the whole picture.
