Privacy Policy

Last updated 28 June 2026

This policy explains how Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd (ABN 34 695 911 025) handles personal information for Crewible, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Questions or requests: info@wildheartspublishing.com.au.

What we collect

  • Your email address, if you request the free guide.
  • Your name, email and billing details when you make a purchase. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Basic, non-identifying usage information from our hosting, so the site works and stays secure.

What we do not collect

Crewible runs on your own machine and your own Anthropic account. We do not receive or store your business data, your brain vault, your API keys, or anything your crew produces. That stays with you.

How we use your information

  • To deliver the product and the guide you asked for.
  • To send you honest follow-up emails, which you can leave at any time.
  • To process payments and provide support.
  • To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (hosting). They process your information only to provide their service to us. Some of these providers are located overseas, including in the United States, so your information may be disclosed and stored outside Australia.

Marketing and opt-out

Every email we send includes an easy way to unsubscribe, and we act on it promptly.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we hold as little of it as we can.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first at info@wildheartspublishing.com.au. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published here.
