Terms of Sale and Use

1. Who we are

Crewible is a product of Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd (ABN 34 695 911 025) (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at info@wildheartspublishing.com.au. By buying or using Crewible you agree to these terms.

2. What you are buying

Crewible is a digital product: a downloadable set of templates and configuration (an “AI crew”) that you install and run inside your own copy of Claude Code, on your own device. It is sold two ways: a one-time purchase that runs on your own Claude plan, or a monthly subscription that includes an engine key we provide, with a monthly usage allowance. You can cancel the subscription at any time and keep the downloaded files.

3. What you need

Crewible runs in Claude Code, a developer tool. On the one-time plan it requires a paid Claude plan (Pro or Max) or Anthropic API access, which you obtain and pay for yourself. On the monthly plan we provide an engine key that powers the crew instead. Claude Code and Claude are products of Anthropic, not us, and are governed by Anthropic’s own terms.

4. Your licence

On payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt Crewible for your own business or personal operation. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files, or pass them off as your own product. Crewible’s templates, agents, and branding remain our intellectual property.

5. Price, payment and GST

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. Your purchase is complete when payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery and updates

Delivery is immediate and digital: after payment you are shown a download link for the product. It is your responsibility to download and keep a copy. One-time purchases include access to pack updates for 12 months from purchase; active subscribers receive updates for as long as their subscription runs. Updates are announced by email with a fresh download link, and what changed is always listed in the pack's changelog.

7. Your responsibilities and costs

On the one-time plan Crewible uses your own Anthropic account, so you pay Anthropic directly for your usage and set your own spend limits. On the monthly plan your subscription includes a usage allowance on the engine key we provide; if the allowance is used up before month end, the key pauses until your allowance renews. Either way, your business data, your credentials, and any integrations stay on your machine and your own accounts. We never receive them.

8. Honest limits (no overclaiming)

We sell Crewible on the basis of honesty about what it does. It is a set of templates that make capable AI specialists; it is not a fully autonomous business that runs itself, and unattended automation requires setup you perform. Results depend on your configuration, your inputs, and Anthropic’s models, which we do not control.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent permitted by law, our other warranties are excluded, and our liability for any claim is limited to re-supplying the product or refunding the price you paid.

10. Third-party services

Crewible relies on third parties including Anthropic (Claude), and our site uses Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here applies to your purchase at the time you make it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction.
