Refund Policy

Crewible is a digital product from Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd (ABN 34 695 911 025), sold as a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription. Here is exactly where we stand on refunds, in plain English.

Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and your engine key switches off then. We do not refund partial months, but we never make cancelling hard: email us and we will do it on the spot.

Change of mind

Because Crewible is delivered instantly and can be downloaded straight away, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once you have downloaded it. That is why we put so much in front of the purchase for free: the honest guide and the fit check are there so you can decide before you spend a cent. If something is making you unsure, read those first, or email us and ask.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Nothing here removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If Crewible has a major problem, for example it does not do what we said it would or is not fit for the purpose we described, you are entitled to a refund or a fix. For minor problems, we will work to put it right.

Email info@wildheartspublishing.com.au with your receipt and a description of the issue. We respond quickly, and our aim is always that you end up genuinely glad you bought it, not stuck with something that does not work for you.
